A. Your Account
I. Application

IV. Freezing and Closure of Account

In the cases as abovementioned in (a) to (e), the new NagaCash is entitled to withhold and/or retain any and all amounts that should have been paid to you (including any prize money or bonus).
V. Dormant Account
- Starting from 31 July 2014, NagaCash collects administrative charges for all accounts that has been “inactive state” for a continuous period of time (at least 365 days), specific actions are described below. Within any period of time that it is considered as “inactive state”, the account should not be involved in any of the following operations: (i) Successful deposit; (ii) Sports or financial betting wager; or (iii) Participate in any live video, lottery, video game products.
- (a.) Once your account remained in an “inactive state” continuously for 365 days, then your account will be treated as a "dormant account". The account will be closed and no fees will be imposed on it if your account balance is 0.
- (b.) If your account is a "dormant account" and there is still balance in the account, NagaCash will base on the information you provided (or as which you have subsequently updated), and take reasonable steps to notify you.
- (c.) If an attempt has been made to reach you and it still remained in a “dormant” state 28 days after you were contacted, then the new NagaCash will deduct £2 (or equivalent currency) per month from your account, or 5% of your balance when your account is considered as a "dormant account", whichever is the higher amount.
- (d.) The administrative fees shall be computed in accordance with provision (c), and it will be collected after the 28th day of the abovementioned date when it has officially expired, subsequently on every 28th day the same amount will be collected until: (i) After your account balance will be zeroed out, it will cease to charge the administrative fees and immediately the account will be closed; or (ii) Under the circumstance when no administrative fees will be collected, you reactivated the account.
- The administrative fees shall be computed in accordance with provision (c), and it will be collected after the 28th day of the abovementioned date when it has officially expired, subsequently on every 28th day the same amount will be collected until: (i) After your account balance will be zeroed out, it will cease to charge the administrative fees and immediately the account will be closed; or (ii) Under the circumstance when no administrative fees will be collected, you reactivated the account.
B. Your Funds
I. Deposit and Betting
- The customer can only bet using the funds that have been cleared in the account. The customer must deposit before they can bet or participate in the game if the fund is insufficient. For more details on how to deposit, withdraw money and transfer, please view the deposit / withdrawal section.
- You should deposit to your account solely for the purpose of betting on the website. If we deem or have reason to believe that your deposit is not for betting purposes, we have the right to freeze or close your account. In this situation, we will also report to the relevant authorities.
- If we go bankrupt, the deposits made by the customers in the company will be protected, the deposit for the customer is deposited into the customer's designated account through our bank, it is separate and distinct from the company’s account. The deposit in the customer's account will not generate any interest.
- Any NagaCash employee are not allowed to provide credit overdraft services to customers, the customer can bet only if the account funds are sufficient. If NagaCash incorrectly added funds to the customer’s account, it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us promptly. NagaCash will deduct such funds through account adjustments.
- Unless otherwise indicated, all examples provided in this website have Renminbi as unit of currency. If the transaction involves currency exchange, its exchange rate shall base on the intermediate exchange rate published in British Financial Times. The currency options provided are listed in Appendix 1 of the Terms and Rules.
- Once the currency is selected, thereafter the client’s deposit, betting, and prize money shall proceed based on the selected currency. Please contact us to change the currency you have used.
- You only have the purpose of betting through the website (termed “authorized purpose”), then you can use our currency exchange service. Except for authorized purposes, the currency exchange service can not be used for any other purpose (including currency hedging, speculative trading or any other currency transaction). If NagaCash considers that you are using the Site for other purposes (except for authorized purposes), NagaCash has the right to close or freeze your account, and you should:
- (a.) Undertake any and all claims arising therefrom; and
- (b.) These types of compensation can be claimed from NagaCash.

- If we are subject to any chargeback or other charges because of your account, We will reserve the right to charge you the corresponding fee.
- We may at any time use the positive balance in your account to offset your debts to any company at the NagaCash.
- You are responsible for reporting profits and losses to your jurisdiction's tax and / or other relevant institutions.
- Internet gambling may be illegal in your jurisdiction. If the situation is true, you will not have the right to use your payment card to complete the transaction. However, any bets received from such jurisdictions (both win and lose) shall be established.
C. Betting Procedures
I. Betting
- NagaCash reserves the sole discretion to cancel all or part of any bet. All bets are made at your own risk.
- We only accept online betting (including bets made through mobile devices or downloadable software on mobile devices) or telephone betting. Settlement and Payment
- All bets are subject to the betting terms (including the highest prize money) mentioned in Appendix 2 of this Terms and Conditions.

D. Website Usage

If such bets have already occurred, NagaCash will cancel any bet at its absolute discretion.
- If the site contains links to third-party websites and resources, these links (if applicable) only serves as reference.
VI. Error
- NagaCash does not take responsibility for any errors related to bets, including: (i) NagaCash shows the relevant odds / points / total score / end bet amount in error; (ii) NagaCash accepting bets after closing or suspension of handicap; (iii) NagaCash miscalculation or paid the settlement amount; or (iv) Any errors in the random number generator or payout table included or used in any game or product.

- i) If the sports event and handicap includes in-play betting, then the bet be set at the odds after the change in the bet (If the modified odds are treated as below 1.001, the bet will be counted as invalid), unless the result is already made clear, bets made in this case will be considered invalid.
- ii) If the sports event or handicap does not include in-play betting, then as long as the selected player or team does not get a substantial advantage (e.g. Scoring, opponents was ruled to leave the game etc.), such betting will still be valid. But if a substantial advantage has appeared, regardless of winning or losing bet, NagaCash reserves the right to cancel all bets. Any match result that has clear betting (including in-play betting) shall be considered invalid.
- Obvious Error - highest prize money - If there are obvious errors in the bet and the odds after the change, then the highest prize money that the bet can win is ¥10,000, unless the original bet expected prize money is higher than ¥10,000. Under these circumstances, according to the change after the odds of betting the expected maximum "prize money" amount will be equivalent to the original expected maximum bet "prize money", any excess bets will be void.
IV. Others
